10a: Ate a freegan cinnamon bun for breakfast.
12p: Met with my old friend Alex Velazquez, who has drawn up some preliminary sketches for the cover of my upcoming album, Protest Songs (Are Dead). Sketches look AMAZING!
1:30p: Met with a colleague who's hired me to do freelance transcription. Gonna get paid!
4:00p: Returned home for lunch - freegan soup, smoothie, and pumpernickel bread.
5:00p: Met with a young lady who may or may not be the future fiddler for GioSafari (!!!)
6:30p: Attended a volunteer meeting at the new(ish) bookstore on 175th Street, Washington Heights. I spoke with the events coordinator, she wants me to book as many events as possible (!!!)
10:00p: Returned home, checked my e-mail, and began blogging about this epic day.
11:00p to bedtime: Mixing and mastering Vagrants & Vagabonds, Outlaws & Thieves, to be released (finally) tomorrow on noisetrade!
The tipping point is coming ever nearer.
